Can you provide a quote from pictures?
Many furniture pickups, household junk removals, and medium-sized cleanouts can be reviewed from clear current pictures.
Larger estates, commercial cleanouts, demolition projects, boats, RVs, campers, trailers, and unusual property cleanups may require additional information or an on-site walkthrough.
What determines the cost of junk removal?
Pricing depends on the amount and type of material, weight, labor required, carrying distance, stairs, access, disassembly, special equipment, and the number of trucks or service days needed.
A small amount of heavy construction debris may be priced differently from the same volume of lightweight household furniture.
Can a photo quote change?
Photo-based pricing depends on the pictures and information accurately showing the complete project.
Additional items, hidden material, unusually heavy contents, difficult access, or conditions that were not shown beforehand may affect the final price. Sending complete pictures of every area involved helps us provide the most accurate estimate possible.
Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Same-day or next-day service may be available for some projects when our schedule, crew availability, location, and equipment needs allow.
Larger cleanouts, demolition work, and specialty removals usually require more advance planning.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We operate seven days a week, subject to scheduling and availability.
Do you handle complete home cleanouts?
Yes. We can clear selected rooms or an entire property.
A complete cleanout may include bedrooms, living areas, closets, cabinets, basements, attics, garages, sheds, outbuildings, furniture, appliances, and general household belongings.
Larger properties may require multiple trucks, dumpsters, crews, or service days.
Do you handle estate cleanouts?
Yes. We work with families, executors, authorized representatives, attorneys, Realtors, property managers, investors, and buyers handling estate properties.
Before removal begins, belongings being kept, sold, appraised, personally donated, or distributed to family should be separated whenever possible.
Important documents, photographs, jewelry, medications, financial records, keys, collectibles, and sentimental items should also be reviewed beforehand.
Can you help prepare a property for sale?
Yes. We help clear properties before repairs, painting, professional cleaning, listing photography, staging, showings, inspections, final walkthroughs, and closing.
We work with homeowners, buyers, sellers, Realtors, investors, attorneys, property managers, and other authorized representatives.
Do you clean out apartments and rental properties?
Yes. We provide partial and complete cleanouts for apartments, multi-family homes, rental properties, and tenant turnovers.
Tell us which floor the unit is on, whether there is an elevator, and whether the project includes a basement, garage, storage unit, or common area.
Do you handle eviction and foreclosure cleanouts?
Yes. We provide eviction and foreclosure cleanouts for property owners, landlords, banks, investors, property managers, and other legally authorized representatives.
The customer requesting service must have the legal authority to remove and dispose of the remaining contents.
Can you help with hoarding or extreme clutter?
Yes. We can assist with heavily cluttered homes, garages, basements, and other properties.
These projects may require additional planning, multiple crews, dumpsters, protective equipment, or several service days. Clear pictures or an on-site walkthrough are usually recommended before scheduling.
Can you clean out a garage, basement, or attic?
Yes. We can remove a few unwanted items or clear the entire space.
You do not need to carry the items outside first. Let us know about narrow stairs, low ceilings, bulkhead access, or unusually heavy items.
Can you clear several buildings on one property?
Yes. We can evaluate projects involving a house, detached garage, shed, workshop, barn, office, warehouse, or multiple storage areas at the same property.
Send pictures of each building and show the distance between the material and the closest place our truck or trailer can safely park.
Do utilities need to be disconnected before demolition?
Yes. Electrical, plumbing, gas, water, HVAC, and other permanent utility connections must be safely disconnected before demolition begins.
Licensed utility work is not included with standard junk removal or light demolition.
Do you remove mattresses and box springs?
Yes. We provide convenient in-home mattress and box spring removal.
Rapid Junk Removal RI removes hundreds of mattresses each year. Through our partnership with a national mattress recycler, approximately 90% of eligible mattresses we collect can be diverted from Rhode Island landfills and dismantled for component recycling.
Are all mattresses recyclable?
No. Recycling eligibility depends on condition and recycler acceptance requirements.
Mattresses that are heavily damaged, wet, badly soiled, infested, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for recycling may require additional processing and may have an extra charge.
Tell us about the mattress’s condition when requesting your quote.
