The container I rented had built in ramps, fully opening doors in the back, and it has an integrated trailer with wheels so they can park it anywhere on grass or driveway. I also like that they recycle and repurpose as much as possible and are conscious of it - which meant a lot to me. I cannot say enough praises. There were 3 men who came. We had the stuff out in the backyard for them to take. They came and were pointing out other things that we forgot to ask to take. They even took my old pool that was rolled up. They were super nice and so quick. At the end of the appointment they gave me doggie treats for my dog and a coupon for $25 off of a dumpster rental. Wonderful, prompt, professional and friendly service. We live out of state and were in the process of selling my husband's aunt's house from almost 5 hrs away. The closing was looming and my husband did his due diligence trying to find somewhere to donate his aunt's piano. In the meantime, I had texted with Danny, the owner at Rapid Junk Removal for an estimate which he texted back to me within minutes! Sadly, after weeks of both my husband and I searching for a place to hand off the piano, we had to give up. I texted back to Danny, asking if he could remove it by end of the week and he was most accommodating. The day of the removal, we had a friend meet Danny and his work crew. They arrived and quickly set to work. Had it out in a half hour. While it saddened us having to junk this lovely old piano, Rapid Junk Removal took the worry and stress off our shoulders. Danny was most sympathetic and even commiserated with me about the difficulty in finding a home for older pianos. I was greatly impressed with their quality of customer care as well as their work. Our friend who let in the crew into the house spoke well of them, too! From the minute that we called him, he was very polite on the phone. He answered every single question that we had. He told us what time he was gonna drop it off and he was here on point He also told us if we wanted to Have him pick it up this afternoon if we were done he can we texted him and he was here within half hour. Texted a few photos on a Sunday of what I needed picked up and within a couple minutes I received a quote. The team of 3 were available the next day for pick up and arrived during the window of time they provided. They even texted me when they were in route. They were professional and friendly and removed quite a bit of heavy furniture within 15 minutes. They were speedy but also careful removing the items through the doorway. They have a mobile card reader which was convenient, so I was able to pay once they loaded everything up.
